Post-installation productivity software (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visual Studio) is installed and configured under the Miscellaneous labor rate.

Travel charges$10Per trip. Excluded for initial survey.
Miscellaneous labor$40Per hour.
Network hardware, cabling, and other supplies are not included in the standard pricing. Price quotes for any necessary hardware will be given after the consultation is complete. Ethernet cabling is installed at the usual hourly rate. Ethernet cabling installed in a multi-story building, or requiring extensive installation, may be installed using your usual electrical contractor. Metallisoft will supervise the installation free of additional Miscellaneous labor charges.

Installation of 3rd party network applications such as FTP or Instant messaging are also not included in the standard pricing. These extra services are billed at our usual labor rates. Metallisoft does not provide services for file sharing software like Napster or Morpheus.

An estimate can be provided for your specific situation when the survey is done. The survey includes measurement of distances and/or signal strengths, possible network options, parts and equipment list and other recommendations.
